by practising a lot! and for poses i found that at the beginning getting a doll helps (I have a 27cm deleter doll) but now it's kind of useless

I used it for the lines and all the coloring xept the skin,,which was in photoshop. I also used photoshop's pen tool to block in areas of solid colors before shading in SAI
