He's too... incompetent to be evil whatsoever. Though he tries, and he fails. All in the name of good entertainment! Klink is definitely one of the best characters in the series.

Oh YES! I am well aware of that! My wife loves that fact. But I did not think Howard Caine was jewish...? but he was a skilled bluegrass musician! How weird is that? Weirder yet, is Leon Askin being a serious stage actor, acting teacher and a BELOVED actor in his homeland. ANd he lived to be 99 years old! Big fat guy like that?????
