Description
So - I recently got into Boku No Hero Academia and of course - I had some original character ideas. Here are a few scraps of random characters I made over the course of an hour and a bit - which I've decided to put up for adoption!! This is first come, first serve! You are free to modify your character's quirk descriptions however you'd like - and please keep design changes to a minimum!

#1 Raincoat Girl - Adopted by Cranberryduceus
Quirk: Fog Light
Quirk Description: A Mutant-type Quirk, this peppy little girl's quirk resulted in the growth of an oblong-shaped light in the center of her forehead. Over the light is a sturdy membrane, made up of the same cells as the cornea in one's eyes. The quirk has the strength of the gigantic lightbulbs used in lighthouses, with an impressive range that cannot be altered. The quirk does not lend itself to offensive fighting - but can be used to blind and stun those within a twenty meter range. It serves well for search and rescue operations, Morse Coding and guiding boats and ships. The light can be used for 5 hour periods at a time, but can only be utilized when the user is conscious.

#2 Dual-Toned Hair Girl - Adopted by notlenelle
Quirk: Equalizer
Quirk Description: An Emitter-type Quirk, this fine lady's quirk allows for her to make an opponent equal with her in physical skill on all terms. The quirk makes it so that whomever she is up against - that their physical ability becomes equal to theirs. (For example: If this girl is at a 'skill level' 66, and her opponent is at a 'skill level' of 100, she can make it so that her opponent is at the level 66, just like her.) This quirk ensures that there is no upper hand in a battle - and that it is a battle of odds. The efficiency of her opponent may drop to a level they are not accustomed to - thus giving her a chance at a victory. This quirk has its drawbacks, however. It can only be used on one individual at a time and it does not have a huge affect on individuals who roughly the same skill level as her. (If you have any questions about this quirk - do ask, it's rather confusing to explain and comprehend, I know...)

#3 Teal-Skinned Girl - Adopted by DINKY-INK
Quirk: Liquify
Quirk Description: A Transformation and Emitter-type Quirk which enables the user's entire entity to become a sentient puddle with a physiology similar to a slime and also liquify other objects upon touching them. Born to be able to shift back and forth from a puddle to a teal-skinned human with dripping, slime-like hair, she easily mastered the quirk from a young age. In her liquid form, she can move freely through liquid or damp terrains - though is in a disadvantage where its dry. When touching objects and giving a certain command - she can liquify them. Being in her liquid form may give her a slight advantage in areas - but it makes her incredibly vulnerable. She can be killed if evaporated or frozen.

#4 Nettle Boy - ADOPTED BY ShiverWolff626
Quirk: Sting
Quirk Description: An Emitter type quirk, it is through the retractable thorn like protrusions from the tips of his fingers, this fella is able to create natural poisons and toxins, commonly found in jungle plants, from these barbs. The barbs can deliver anything from a stinging sensation to a paralyzing jab when they break through skin. He is limited by his knowledge of certain plants - as he must know certain information about the plant to produce its natural toxins. He is not immune to the poison he creates - and he can injure himself by accidentally pricking himself with a barb. The quirk will only work if it can penetrate skin - and the higher the dosage and toxicity he has to create - the more sluggish he grows.
