Description
Here are a few (more) scraps of random characters I made over the course of an hour and a bit - which I've decided to put up for adoption!! This is first come, first serve! You are free to modify your character's quirk descriptions however you'd like - and please keep design changes to a minimum! If you have any questions about any of the adoptables and their quirks - don't be afraid to ask! ALL (1-4) are 180
#1 - Powder Poofy-Hair Girl - ADOPTED BY MintRose0608
Quirk: Sleep Powder
Quirk Description: An Emitter Type Quirk, this girl has an ability to release a fine dust from her hair (which is often mistaken for dandruff, much to her anger and annoyance.) which induces sleep. What the powder is composed of is unknown - but it is said to smell like lavender and chamomile and makes someone feel sluggish within moments of inhaling a breath of it. Her victims will fall into a slumber which will vary in length by how much they inhale. She herself is immune to the effects of her sleeping powder. Like pollen - the powder will blow off of her hair in the wind, and has limited control on where the wind will carry it.
Advantages:
- Can induce sleep on others.
- Can be used on multiple people at a time.
- She herself is immune to its effects.
- It smells good ^w^
Disadvantages:
- She can't control who it affects.
- It gets mistaken for dandruff.
- If a person does not inhale it (if they have a respirator/gas mask/etc. it won't affect them.)
#2 Edge-Lord Punk Boy - ADOPTED BY ChaosMooMoo
Quirk: Absorb
Quirk Description: A transformation type quirk - this guy can change his skin to any type of solid matter he knows the atomic configuration of. He can alter his skin to be anything from metals to wood, even sand upon touching it. His mass will change according to what he alters himself to be - but has little affect on his mobility and how he moves. He can change his entire body - or parts of his body to the material he touches, but when he covers his entire body, he finds it uncomfortable to a point where it can get hard to breathe.
Advantages:
- Can become any material he knows the atomic configuration of.
- Can use his quirk for both offensive and defensive purposes.
- His mass is altered in a way that while he could feel like he weighs the same as a 2 tonne elephant to someone else, he feels his regular weight.
- Can alter his entire body or parts of his body.
- Has total control of his quirk. (It is not automatically occurring, he can have it "on" or "off" whenever he desires.)
Disadvantages
- Finds it difficult to breathe when fully transformed.
- Depending on what he absorbs and transforms into, he can be potentially very fragile. (eg. if he was to absorb glass, he's severely vulnerable.)
- If he doesn't understand the atomic configuration of a material - he can't absorb and transform into it.
Extra Info: His Quirk is somewhat inspired by Kevin Levin's matter absorption ability from the Cartoon Network series Ben 10.
#3 Clairvoyant Girl - ADOPTED BY NixTheDarling
Quirk: Prophet
Quirk Description: This girl's quirk does not really accommodate fighting. An Emitter type quirk, her ability simply allows her to create and read the personal prophecies and pathes certain people will follow based off of the actions they have already completed in their lives. She can also predict events of the future with her quirk. She serves as an Oracle with her abilities - but her ability has its drawbacks. When she tells a person their prophecy, it is almost as though she's in a trance as she recites it. She doesn't speak lies, she speaks the truth - but her prophecies may not always be correct. The truth can be painful as well - and what people hear is not always what they want, and can potentially lead them down risky roads later on in life.
Advantages
- Can tell someone their prophecy based off of how their life is shaping to be.
- Can "predict" the future.
- She does not lie when she makes her predictions and prophecies.
Disadvantages
- She is not always 100% correct - as prophecies can be broken.
- She cannot lie when making her predictions and prophecies.
- She cannot sugar coat the truth when making her predictions and prophecies.
- She often has no recollection of what clairvoyant information she gives.
- She can lead people down bad pathes in life.
- Her quirk is not suitable for fighting whatsoever. She's simply an Oracle.
#4 Sunshine Girl - ADOPTED BY berumiins
Quirk: Photosynthesis
Quirk Description: An Emitter and Mutant type quirk - this quirk allows for this girl to absorb the sun's energy. Despite her very human appearance, she utilizes the sun's energy for her day-to-day bodily functions very much so like a plant. Her respiratory system is mutated to take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen and nitrogen as waste products. Her hair is gold and colour - and like a solar panel, collects solar energy along with the rest of her body's surface. Her attacks are solar based and are hotter than white fire. However using the ability takes responsibility, care and control. It does not take much for her to loose control and set something ablaze. Her ability is weaker at night, and she tires quite quickly without the sun's constant light.
Advantages:
- Can theoretically survive solely on the sun's energy.
- Produces oxygen/nitrogen as waste products.
- Can produce light via her bioluminescent hair.
- Can deal very hot and effective attacks.
Disadvantages:
- Her power requires extreme control.
- She tires quickly when the sun is not readily available to shine on her.
- Her ability is weaker at night.
- Theoretically overheats due to the constant heat.

it’s a Japanese manga and anime series about children going to a school in Tokyo and are learning to become fully fledged heroes. It’s pretty good - I’d recommend reading and watching. It ^^
