Description
This one of the reasons why all American cartoons shouldn't get an anime upgrade.

Usually when Amercian cartoons get a Japanese anime upgrade they are always:
*Too much upgraded it kills the magic of the original cartoon
*The characters are very out of character
*Some of the characters get ugly make-overs
*The acts are full of random cracks

If you people though the TMNT anime was weird, then you should be glad that they didn't made anime version of Fat Albert.

Though I highly doubt that Japan would be willing enough to make a 70's cartoon that had lots of recycled animation.

But here's how I pictured what the anime would look like.

*Edit: It's suppose to spoof the design of "Teen Titans," not LU like everyone thinks.

The anime is actually a spoof of oter shows and animes Japan has done:

*Nostalgia characters being super-heroes= 80's Anime TMNT
*Multi-colored uniforfms and costume transformations= "Power Rangers"
*Using instruments as weapons= "Panty and Stocking" (only it's with the character's instruments, not socks and underwear)
*The design of anime Mushmouth looks like a "One Piece" character

Characters names in Japanese (I looked it up):

Fat Albert = Futoi Arubato
Bill = Biru
Russell = Rasseru
Dumb Donald = Baka Donarudo
Bucky = Bakkui
Rudy = Rudi
Weird Harold = Hen Harorudo ("Hen" means "strange" in Japanese)
Mushmouth = Kuchi-Yohuaki (meaning "poor mouth" in Japenese)

Instruments as weapons:

Homemade Tuba = Sonic Boomer

Drums = Earthquake Maker

Trumbone = Missle/Bazzoka Launcher

Electric Guitar = A laser gun

Xylaphone = Granade slingshot

Homemade guitar= Sword

Harp = Arrow Bow and slingshot

Organ-que Keyboard = Fog-maker/gun

Title= Futoi Arubato n' Cosmino Shougens

And one last thing, the Japanese word for "no class" is "iie kurasu" (ee-EH ker-a-soo)
