Reupload of "Wouldn't it be good?" [link]I've recently been getting loads of feedback about some of my older artworks being too poorly contrasted, so i went back and edited a few of them. Hope it is enjoyed.

I love the shading on this, it really brings out the detail in everything, and makes their cloths much more vibrant.

I think it looks great with the contrast but their eyes seem to give a different message than their body expression.

Also mir ist das eher zuviel des guten ,ich mag gerade das alte besonders weils mit eher blΓ€ulichem grauen lichtern so geheimnisvoll wirkt ,der etwas zu starke hell dunkel kontrast ist schon wieder zu schrill ,versuch mal das alte bild nur leicht in der Tonwert korektur 2-5 punkte beim kontrast anzuheben ,glaube das langt schon

It looks nice, but in this case, I think it good too many shadow places. It lost a lot of the technique in this case, and it looks a little pointless, as there's so specific lighting source to make that effect.
I think the old one need just a little contrast, you got too much in this =/

It was actually meant to be quite a dark piece in general when I made it, back then my monitor was adjusted much darker and thus, any given dark color appeared as almost black to me. Now, black is almost grey for me, though, lawl.
But thanks for mentioning it, i gues i will consider it when i'm going to go over this piece again, though I cant tell when i actually will XD..

kenn ich , seit meinen LCD 22"er habe mit mal som 50k zu 1 VerhΓ€ltnis hasste plΓΆtzlich viel besseres GefΓΌhl fΓΌr die Bilder bekommen hab.
alles war so hell und scharf mein alter steht als 2. Bildschirm daneben und seh wie extrem gelb-stichig der ist.

Well, my monitor may be different from yours too, so I just point out how I'd like to see. But I think if you're satisfacted with it, than the hell with everyone else's opinion u.u

Haha well, since i usually do what pleases me with my art and concept alone, i think its just right to adjust my piccus a bit to fit the eye of my viewers as well. What does a great concept earn you if no one can look at it because its either so shining bright that no shape can actually be told from another or so dark the whole image can't be seen?
