unfortunately i lack a premium membership to do a critique. 
it is a great piece and i think you did an excellent job on details and most points were not overlooked. however i do believe you could improve the males body figure to make him look a bit more masculine and a little less flat. but other than that you did a spectacular job on the piece.

A very beautiful piece. I like the mood of it. And the chains on his leg and arm make me wonder about the story behind this illustration. The girls seem to be fond of him so it is not like he is their prisoner or something? Anyway, I think you did a good job on the folds of the dresses and his uhm blanket (is that what it is?).

About the story you asked about, the chains are more or less a symbolic addition to the piece. The guy chained is called Keehva, and due to a arangement the Gods of his world made, he's supposed to love one of the girls in this piece, while actually desiring the other. It's a bit cheezy if its explained like this, but thats roughly the background story told without spoilering too much

I like the style. Watch the folds on the girl with the white hair's knee. Maybe put just a bit more shine on the shackles and chains. Like the concept, that HE is the one chained up, but doesn't look to disappointed.

It's kinda symbolic thing that has to do with his character. He's chained to destiny, actually looking for one of the two girls, who he is meant to love, while desiring the other
