Actually that sorta makes sense. Both Carmen and Shego are Fem-Fatals, they both used to be crime fighters but are now crime doers, they look similar, so mabie they are mother and daughter.

yeah, very neat. i think it'd look cooler if she was looking at the viewer, though.
you know, to give you the impression that she has her eye on you. it's kinda fitting since she is always one step ahead.
