Neat looking creature, especially those crystalline shards. It somewhat reminds me of the Slivers from Magic the Gathering. The have a similar snake-like body, and a single talon protruding from their chests.

Here is some information about them and their world:
"The Ninth World - my old project from 2011-2012y. That place isn't a planet or something else what we can see in our wold or our universe, it's another dimention with own rights and rules. First was nothing. Only energy of two beginning - darkness and lightness, two sisters, two goddesses. Walthara (light) and Valmira (dark) - their names. When Valmira tried to rule her sister, but Walthara created around her first spheric crystallized shield which was black, on that shield she create terra firma, and then, above all, she create white crystallized shield, which stabilized the gravity with black shield (black attracted down to itself, and white - attracted up to itself). First race on new terra firma was Titans - huge intellectual "humanoids". And most bigger mistake of Walthara was coming to them. In material body. After very close contact she fall in madness of repentance and then - a flash of light enveloped the terra firma and turned all titans into animals - avalocks - which lost everything, include memories. Place in center of the black crystallized shield named Absolute - clean energy of imprisoned goddess."

ээ, как сказать... одна богиня, мягко говоря, подгуляла с титаном... и воаля! родился малыш необычный, а куда девать? - не знает; в наказание ,титаны, как и сама богиня, были превращены в авалоков - нынешних обитателей этого мира... вот так вот вкратце объяснила, кажись
