Sorry to jack a comment on someone else's deviation, but I hate to leave a fellow felter without advice. #1 tip I have for you is to get good needles. Crappy needles make for crappy felts, which make you want to not felt anymore. I should know, I almost gave up on felting since the first needles I bought were the worst I've ever seen. It took me hours to felt a ball with them.

Sorry it's taken this long to reply. Been busy and stuff and connection has been crappy.
Thanks for the tips and I will totally drop by in the future once I find time to pick up the needle again.
