this is pretty good, but you need some more work on the thyroids and his fore-arms

Thanks, yeah forearms and hands (hence no detail on the hands!) are always the bane of my drawings! Also - isn't the thyroid a gland on the back of your neck?

maybe i was wrong about the thyroid, but his thighs need work

cool, keep at it, doing well! Check out Arnold Schwarzenegger's modern encyclopedia of bodybuilding shows what REAL men SHOULD look like! it'll hsow you how all teh muscles work together and that'll help you with your drawing
