This is my reimagining of the highbred bailiff.

I find it really odd how an alien race that nearly caused genocide would be recruited to as part of the universal court. Some character development would have been nice.

Anyways.

For Millennia, the highbreed and gigerians have been at war with each other. Though, one queen Gigeria knows that back then, two thousand years ago. The Highbreed and the Gigerians were once in peace with each other. Back then, the highbreed were once a race known as the atasians. The Father seed that created the atasians chose Bailiff to be the first atasian supreme in existence to co-exist with whom are considered ancient enemies. Bailiff had enacted a law where peace would be a vital part within their systems, where both gigerians and atasian could live in harmony. For the next thousand years, a new supreme was selected by the named of Sarlacc .

Sarlacc challenged Bailiff for the right as the new supreme for as law made up by father seed, there shall be only one supreme that should lead the race. And so, Bailiff accepted the challenge and fought Sarlacc. After what was considered weeks of fighting, Bailiff fell and Sarlacc reigned supreme as the new atasian supreme. Sarlacc would later self proclaim his race as the infamous highbreed and lead his conquest for purity and genocide. Waging war against the gigerians as well.

With his good deeds, Domstol salvages and renews his soul. The Five powers were seeking to recruit two members known as the "Hands of Powers". Domstol was seeking a hand to recruit for his universal court known as "Coda Coda", one to fill for his role for Law, the other for order. He would be the head security of the court. This was an Offer Bailiff gladly accepted and was given the role as a god of law and security.

His role in the universal court is to enforce law. To maintain security. Document and record the natural laws and maintain security within the court.
