I was trying not to laugh because the poor guy made a total yutz out of himself when we didn't realize who he was.

That's happened to my mom at her job. This local entertainer wanted to see her boss without an appointment and was all "don't you know who I am?!" and she was all "...I've never met you, so no." He was all pissy. XD
