I loved this movie soso much! The dub was a bit disappointing though, but it wasGhibli, so it was fantastic.

I know. I cried for like ten minutes at the end. Again, I still don't quite know why. Because for as much as I liked the movie, not a great deal happened in it. Especially in comparison to other Ghibli films.

Nah, I KNOW he'll live. People have died in Ghibli films before, but the kid seemed like he was being well taken care of, and he didn't exert himself that much. I guess it's just the perfected serenity and silence of the imagery as well as the forbidden friendship undertone that we got. I cried at the end of Spirited Away the first time that I saw it, but that may just have been because it was very beautiful and I didn't understand it.

I have had friends move away before after only knowing them for a short time. I do write often, but I'm more of a self-proclaimed critic than a writer on the Internet. I don't submit my work very often.
