Project: Super Smash Bros. "Round Two"

Round two of this project was started with several friends, with us passing off who gets to pick who we do on a weekly basis, hoping to keep our choices varied and uncontrolled so that we would be doing things we may've never done before.

Knowing that options could come up that I couldn't see as playable characters, I decided I'd do such characters as assist trophies or bosses.

Kumatora was the first of those (ironic that she was my pick). While I see potential in a newcomer from the Mother/Earthbound franchise, and also potential in Kumatora as a playable character, I didn't think she'd be "the one".

I had a lot of fun working on this piece. Designing a character virtually from scratch was an enjoyable challenge, and I think the thunder came out great, considering it was my first time ever making any.
