These colors... They are delightful, I should say. I love this art style you have (haven't looked through enough of your art yet to tell whether or not this particular style is reserved for Mother) and I'd love to see some characters from other games in the series besides just 3. As wonderful as Mother 3 is, the others are equally important, right? That said...
The way you draw her hair with all these random strands flying out all over everywhere is a unique and fitting take on her appearence. In fact, just her general attitude is great in this drawing. Also, probably it's just the effects of air/falling backwards fluffing her coat out, but I think her tummy's pretty cute, actually. To finish, glooooooves. And hood-tie-stringy-things.
