Just about each and every single one of those phrases you've crossed out, Sir, are parts of attaining Heaven; for if you intend to survive morally, it's not good enough to be merely born again via baptism, for men can commit so grievous sins that the life of grace is obliterated/eradicated completely from their souls, and has to be replanted into them... He instituted sacraments to accomplish that goal, but it proves necessary for us to invoke them via His Catholic church, as well as simply following the commandments to begin with, for how long do you think you'll last in a state of grace unless you follow the commandments?
Granted, there's very little, Sir, that you've posted that I disagree with you on- very little indeed, especially regarding the values thereof.
Oh, and by the way, He also said "if you/a man love(s) Me, you'll follow My commandments, and My Father will love you/him, and He'll come to you/him, and He will give you eternal life..." (rough translation, not even necessarily grammatically correct in terms of His spoken tongues (Hebrew & Aramaic), but that's the message).

Wow.... as soon as I saw this I saw "Feel God's presence" and that's something I've been dealing with lately. I drifted from Him and I've been having a hard time feeling Him. This is an amazing piece and reminder that the only thing that matters is if we are born again. God bless and keep up the good work!

Note that the people who think "being born again" carries specific meaning, are not the same people who might ask that desperate question.. and so as an answer it is actually much less appropriate than any of the answers that are crossed out.
The correct answer is still missing though: "Saved, from what? Damnation? There's no such thing. Now go and enjoy real life."

Are you authentically asking? What makes you certain you need saving in the first place?

Hear: Rom 10:14 - How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Believe : Heb 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him
Repent: Luke 13:3 - I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Confess: Rom10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation
Be baptized : Gal 3:27 - For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ
Live faithful: Rev 2:10 - Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

You're wrong in parts:
"They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household."" - Acts 16:31
The act of being born again is believing in the Lord Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross for your sins. By crossing out: "Believing Jesus is real" cancels out this verse above. So you must include that along with the born again verse. And yes, you do have to believe there is only one God too. "You must not have any other god but me." - Deuteronomy 5:7
Other wise this is good.

thank you for your feedback! I stand by marking out "believing Jesus is real" because many people believe He is real and do not put their trust in Him. They believe that they existed as a man, or maybe as a prophet, or even as an angel, but they do not call Him Lord. So the "believing in" Jesus in Acts 16 is not what I was intending to cross out, but rather the "believing Jesus is real". Hope that makes sense!
