the adults are far too dangerous to stand next to. the pup how ever is less so. ether way being near one could make some body deaf.
their hollow body act as an echo chamber. their arms and legs (also hollow) are cone shaped so the noises they make from inside their bodies is amplified.
habitat where they can make noise.

Work on your anatomy, don't make them look sloppy, and maybe do a layer behind it and then resketch it, and maybe order a drawing tablet, it may help.
