Hit the gas, catch 'em all! *bad pun is bad*

I felt Scrafty was appropriate for Party Poison because, in addition being a Fighting/Dark type, it is known for having toxic spit. It can't learn Poison type moves by leveling up, but they can be taught via TM. Yeah. I'm a poke-dork.

Fun fact: I was originally going to make Slick a shiny Scrafty, but the green pants/hood clashed with Party Poison too much.

Anyway. Even though Lickity Slick's headphones aren't connected to anything, he still puts them on while he's fighting Dracs and/or their Pokemon. Hobbies include whittling and chillin' like a villain. He's been know to steal Party's raygun for kicks from time to time.

Oh, and again, the idea to merge Pokemon and Killjoys was ~aisu-isme 's idea.
