The Yokohama models are from a Japanese user named ととと 3Ｄ. He posted them for download on a Japanese file sharing site called bowlroll . net.
As for the Neo UK City, I found it on the same site a long ways back, but can't remember the name of the user who uploaded it.
The blue background city is from a user named Silverspoon, again, another Japanese user, and again, bowlroll.
