Description This is a fanart for of her character Koto, her Oc of the Kung Fu Panda universe. He's the father of Shifu.

So I started reading her fanfics (I readed "The firts step" and I started "Origins") and I fell for them instantly. Specially, I liked her character Koto. She has great artworks of him, and his story is very well done!

So I drew Koto teaching his little son, our dear Shifu. But what? Use your imagination XD

Hope She likes it!

Yes, what is not to like about Koto? it's a real shame that Nickelodeon made Shifu's father basically the exact opposite of him.

Great job with this! Shifu's expression is adorable. Whatever it is that Koto is teaching him, it seems as though it is lost on the poor cub.

I wish I could watch Legends of awesomeness..There are only 5 episodes on youtube, and on my country it is not released yet ( I don't even know if it is going to be released...).

And for the gift, I guess I can let you in on a little secret - I am, albeit slowly, working on a little drabble/story about what happens to Shifu between movies. There seems to have been something missing of his story between the end of the first movie and the beginning of the second, so I plan on filling that gap in.

Sorry it took a while to get to this. I wanted to have something special to say. This was such a great treat to come home to. I've never had Koto drawn in this kind of style, but I love it! He looks as if he belongs in one of the Kung Fu Panda comics. Thank you so much for this!!

Glad you liked it too! I have my own Kung Fu Panda style (that is soooo close to the movie, not saying it's almost identical) and i figured out that drawing Koto like this would be cool ^^ But I always prefer to use it, anyways.
