Description I dunno what people are going to think, but I actually didn't do this pic to be something highly-detailed like some of my other full-page works.

Also, my attention was never really on Jak. Rather, the sky/sea combo and the wooden Sandover-ish fence (Trying to work on making more wooden Sandover-style things that I can use in my images).

Jak just annoys me in this image, for so many reasons. Like it for the pretty sky, pwease?

Oooo! ^o^ Simply adorable! His head's a bit too big for his body, which could be solved with the beefy-uppiness of the shoulders, obviously, but.. otherwise its just great! SPECIALLY the background! It totally baffles me how you can put so much energy into the BG whereas Im all like... .____.;;; Um. Sparklies. Sparkley shiny things make good background! Good background, yesh! Ppprreccciioousss >_> *smecked* XD Hoyhoy! Sandover art is soooo.... nostalgic! *sighs happily* Jak's expression is priceless and I love everything about his pose. Awesome job, Kai!

Awww, I was just playing that area today! And I do love it for the sky/sea combo AND Jak with his contemplating self X3 The sky is well done, especially color wise. I love that red, brown, and pale (I'm assuming coffee?) color placed together ever so nicely.

Holy CRAP this is gorgeous. Totally love the background. Everything is so detailed, and you don't see many detailed backgrounds like this one! The water looks incredible, and the color choice in the wood is perfect. The plant life also looks excellent! I actually like how you drew Jak here. I'm loving the nooks in his arms! ...*coughcough* I really like how you drew his arms. Hehe. ...How in the world did you get those clouds to look so nice?!?!! Heh. I fave now!

The sky is pretty.. BUT THE WATER. OMG. That water is so brilliant. I always have trouble with water.. It never seems to want to look real for me.. Even real on an animated level.. ^_^; But that water just makes me wanna.. run over to it and jump in!

The sky looks good, too, but somehow I wish you were able to blend the colors together a little better.. It looks the best near the top part of the page, when it transitions from yellow to orange. Very niiice! ^_^

I like the fence as well. It looks wooden, and very detailed. ^_^ This picture is great, and it captures Sandover, like you wanted. ;D

Oh yeah.. the guy in the foreground is nice too. ::coughcough.:: I do like his expression, and as usually, the way you color skin.

The BG is really REALLY gorgeous!
i think its maybe Jaks lips that could be better, they look a bit too fem. However his hair... wow just wow... Must love how u draw hair. Lovely coloring all over, especially the sky and the sea...

How peaceful. Everytime I see anything involving Sandover, I just keep crying out, "I wanna live there!" Never have I wtiness such beauty such as Sandover.
The only problem with Jak I see is eithe rhis head's too big or his shoulder is too small, but other then that, it's an especially detailed picture.

But I liked how you did Jak! ^^ He looks so sweet in his Sandover form - it's been proven that every time you draw young Jak like that, I miss the scenery of the first game more and more...
I can admit that the sky details look gorgeous - very inspiring for an artist like you. You really know how to pick out all the right details to add in a beautiful scenic touch

Damn, I never thought I could see a picture with good looking clouds done in markers, but no I have. I love the blending sky and all the detail put into the background in general...not many pictures actually make the background stand out more than the person or object being depicted. Kudos to you Kai ^^ I'm faving this.
