Description
Going by her name from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, we have Pepper. I'm not using the name Mrs. Pac-man cuz she's not married in this. (also, forgive the cursing )

Pepper is a fellow Pac-person, like Pacster. However, unlike him, who has never seen a ghost before the Ghostly gang (much less be prepared for such an ocassion), Pepper has been preparing herself most of her life to fight ghosts, mostly for self-defense. She's very friendly, has a huge love for fruits, and often trains Pacster how to fight properly. This sometimes leads to some jealous fits from Pinky, thinking she's trying to steal her Paccums.

Blinky finds her very attractive and often tries to woo her with no avail. She fights very similar to Pacster, but her skills far exceeds him, making Pepper a much more dangerous threat to evil ghosts.
