Honestly, this ghost is the reason Pac-man Arrangement was a pretty awesome game, among other things. The ability to fuse with ghosts and give them powers made them a fun challenge. Sadly, there was only one game he ever appeared in, and that gave me an excuse to have him here^^

Kinky is the third oldest sibling in the family and is the smartest in the bunch. He is constantly trying to find a way for them to become alive again, so he spend his time tinkering with gadgets and machines until he can find a way. Pacster coming into their lives was a golden opportunity for him cuz maybe the secrets that eluded him for so long may very well be in him, so experimentation was necessary.

He means no real harm, as he also creates gadgets and items that can assist Pacster in battle against the evil ghosts. And while he can't fight, his body is filled with so much spectral energy. He fuses with his siblings and grants them a power boost against their enemies until he runs out of juice.
