This is Anjelita herald of Kyūseishu. Kyūseishu is the main villain in my original Power Ranger verse, that will bring the past Rangers team and new OC teams coming together.

Where every Anjelita arrived she awakes sleeping agents of Kyūseishu, bring them inner peace, and total destruction to those that opposed them, as being the herald soon later Kyūseishu arrived, that no force has yet even close to stopping Kyūseishu or his quickly growing legion.
