Description
Easily one of my all-time favorite television characters. Picard, as portrayed by Patrick Stewart, may not have had the physicality or the charming ego of Captain Kirk but his quiet leadership and vocal command made him, in my opinion, just as cool. I'd say this is Picard from about the third season of The Next Generation, when the show started to come together for good. From that point on we had great Picard-centric episodes like Family, Darmok, The Inner Light, Chain of Command Part II and others where Stewart shined (that wasn't a "four lights" pun). He may not have ever drop-kicked anyone but he's still a great captain.
