Though I would like to point out it was 90% percent easier for me to find a picture of a girl in an unreasonable bikini than it was for me to find a shirtless male.

Both my male and female OCs always wear modest clothing, seeing as they weren't meant for fanservice and I hate drawing cleavage. In fact, most of them are flat-chested.
I hate it when people do that. You can be pretty by dressing modestly, and being half-naked doesn't make someone any more attractive.

I've always had a huge issue with this idea that sexy and modest are exclusive. Especially in fiction where you can feel free to stretch theΒ feasibility of what clothing is capable of doing. You can easily be covered and still be attractive, even in *gasp* armor that actually protects the person wearing it!

In all seriousness though, I agree. I have nothing against using an OC for an artistic nude and have on a few occasions considered it. However there's a fine line between artistic nude and "Look at mah bewbies =3", a road I've seen some artist fall down and never seem to get out of. And frankly I'd rather hold off doing the artistic nude if there's a hint of hesitation/doubt that my intentions would be met.

Thanks for the comment! You and I are pretty much on the same line here. I have no problem with characters have a nice pair, I have a problem if the nice pair is the character, not the other way around haha.

And sadly I knew an artist like that :/ Two years ago she was great, getting better with each picture and would occasionally dip her toe into nudity. Flash forward to April of this year, I return after a 15 or so month break and find out all she drew were "Look at her bewbies =3" style pictures. I decided to watch her for old times sake and while I will admit I am fond of breasts (what can I say, I'm a guy
