Coming full circle, huh? Haha! Reminds me of the school girl and school boy in Persona 3.
She followed him around. Then stopped. Then he followed her around.
Think they got together in the end. Not sure. Still a nice random NPC touch, though.
Nice shading on her face. Also nice to see Kanji being cool to some handicap kids.

Kanji will always be a personal favorite of mine. Persona 4 has a great cast that really builds on the past personalities of the series, but Kanji just stands out the best.

I haven't read the story as of yet. But now I'm curious as to what this picture pertains to. Naoto secretly spying on Kanji? xD But I guess since it's a KanjixNaoto story it makes sense. Or at least that's my understanding from what I've read on the comments of your pictures.
