Description This look is based off of the Titan form of the protagonist, Eren, from an absolutely fabulous anime: Attack on Titan. Obviously, my eyes do not look like that. I cannot afford contacts, so Photoshop is my best friend in that regard. Everything else is cosmetic. Materials listed below!

Time: Approx. 2.5 hours

Thanks so much! Honestly, I have no true process whenever I do stuff like this; I just draw like I would on paper, but I think my biggest piece of advice is to really, REALLY pay attention to shading and tonal value.Β 
It might seem like a total common sense thing, but it's an important thing to think about, because it can affect the results in a big way. I'm always mindful of whether I'm using cool tones or warm tones, and even though it seems obvious, darker/cooler colors recede back, and warmer/brighter/lighter colors will pop out to the forefront. It's the most important part of creating the illusion of depth, without any extra materials.Β 

Sorry to be wordy, but I try to be thorough when people ask for tips. I'm just learning myself, though.Β

I create my looks with either water-based face paint or drugstore cosmetics, so if I do accidentally rub my face, then it will smudge, unfortunately. If I were to wear it out, I would probably find some way to fix it and then just be careful or take some makeup to touch up when needed.
