Seawing dominant Rainwing recessive

She can see in the dark, but the only stripes that glow are her wings and little chin tassels. She has no venom but does have long rainwing fangs(so she can pretend at least).

Short back story that I thought: the seawing queens brother fell in love with a rainwing that found their way into the jungle of the summer palace. He ended up running away with her and going to the rainforest where Lotus was born and raised.

Also she can not change colors at will, but can partially camouflage if she focuses really hard, but it only really works under water where she blends in more.
