Description Here's a quick slideshow of what goes into the process of creating a scene and setting for an upcoming animation. Still continuing with the Spear Warrior animations. Full project info coming soon and any contributions are welcome.

For this animation: I used MS-Paint(Windows XP version) and Take1 (An old but yet good animation software) to draw each frame and compiled the animation using Take1 and Corel RAVE 3 of the Corel Draw 12 Graphics Suite. This is a WIP(Work in Progress) and for illustrative purposes, the final product will possess a higher level of detail.

I hope you like it so far!

Thanks! I'm glad you like. The process was long especially the shading but I found a trick of using primary colours to shade in zones then colour replace/swap with the shades in the palette meant for the particular object.

Yep it really helps especially to save the eyes from strain when shading smaller areas to create a more realistic appeal and feel!

Thanks Anna!! Well seeing that you noticed and asked I guess I'll fill you in. I wasn't in the best of moods(I was not having a bad day either) but at the same time felt a need to create some art. So a few hours of work later then there we have it, a theme for a scene I'll be animating and adding on to my collection of scenes for the upcoming animation I promised. I work on the dark gloomy scenes of my productions when I am kinda feeling low as it helps capture and portray the atmosphere well.

You're welcome for the well deserved faves. Keep on the look out for more to come!!

 Great Job Khotso!

I like the the detail of the skeleton bones and the position in which you placed them!

Thanks, a lot!

I'm glad you like the detail which I'll be honest was tricky because of the position I wanted the skeleton to lie in. What made it even harder was that the only skeleton reference I had was of a standing one so it was now up to me to interpret the position.

Well I guess in the end it turned out great. Thanks again!
