I can't do Raichu, at least not until they come out with an orange that isn't the colour of pylons. Not that I don't like pylon orange, it just doesn't really suit raichu.

Totally did it. Doesn't look too bad actually. Though I couldn't figure out how to make the top fin, so I just left it out and put the blue ribbon there, not quite the same, but it works.
