Thank you. To be honest I actually almost cried, too, and I made this story up, but that proves that I obviously really did a good job.
That's kinda good do know.

I can only agree. I used to like vampiers, but not anymore *blames twilight*. I didn't like the Eragon movie at all, it was not like the book, too many details 👍: 0 ⏩: 1

I stopped looking that particular movie after Prime's death. I can see the need to get red of some old character to give the serie a new turn and all, but it just wasn't the same with all those new characters.

Yep, mee to. The movie wasn't to good after Primes death. I can understand that they had to kill some characters. But they killed Prime!
I mean; they had already killed Ironhide, Ratchet, Wheeljack, Prowl, Brawn and almost everyone from season one and two so I don't get the point to 100%... I didn't even like all new characters.

OMG!!! I am over here bawling my eyes out!! On one hand I dont want Prowl to die(visions of TFTM '86 in my head) but on the other I AM glad he is back with Jazz again. He is where he truly wants to be. Having lost soooooooo many important people in my life, I truly understand where Prowl comes from. I look forward, eagerly, to rejoining them in the afterlife. This was a very great story-VERY VERY VERY WELL written. Thank you so much for writing it!!

Oh if you post it here in this group I might read it. Right now I find to my surprise that I read a lot of what is posted in the TFSlash group. Though I have to admit that I have not much knowledge of the old series, I only know the two Bay movies and I have some adhere pairings that I have more than a soft spot for (strangely enough Jazz/Prowl is one of them even though Prowl never showed up in the movies *snickers*). My most attention is on Ironhide/Ratchet, Sam/Bee (counts as well in this group, doesn't it, because there is no restriction for mech/mech slash only, is there?), Jazz/Prowl and the Seeker trine (again I shall ignore the fact that TC and Wrap never showed up in the movies nor do I know too much about them XD). Yet I am kind of open and curious about most pairings or stories without pairings and if I have time I read what I find if it sounds interesting. I even read once an Optimus/Skywrap story and hell was that one good.
Oh and about your story again. I agree with you wholeheartly. And the actual ending was a fitting one in my opinion anyway. It just occured to me when you did this small jump in time, that in the past I noticed people complaining about writing more after a potential fitting end and I had to remember those. Still, especially because you mark that jump in time, I think it is perfect. People who feel that in the middle of the story is the perfect ending, they could just stop reading and be happy while everyone else like me reads on and looks forward to Jazz and Prowl being reunited in the end. ^^
Damn, now I've given this all enough thoughts I think.
Thanks for your reply anyway. ^^

That's usually the problem and that's why I have so much problems with reading OCs. Not long ago I stumbled over a story that, from the summary, had an interesting plot: What if Sam had sold the the glasses on ebay?
I took a look into the story, because with the name of the seller I was first suspecting the whole story to be Bee/Sam and with Bee as the buyer. Instead, there was this perfect girl of a rich family (and everyone was so into the money, only she was the one to stay on the ground and of course she was also the favourite daughter, sister and so on *rolls eyes*) who bought the glasses and was later watched by Ironhide. After her introduction I quickly lost interest in the story, only going over some chapter quickly. Like that I found out that she not only took the place that Mikaela had in the original movie, but in the end she was the one to push the cube into Megatron. I just don't like such stories, can't, can't stand them, even if that might sound hard.
On the other hand, I have to admit there was one story with an OC I read, that was well done. She had a main part in the story, but was not superwoman or something like that. She later became Optimus partner but ONLY that, no romance going on and such, that was a good thing in my eyes.
Ah well, I think I should stop and spare you from even more rambling right now. *coughs*
*snickers* I watched it only for that one scene. I think I saw a fanart to that one, got curious and asked the artist about it and she told me about the episode. Then I watched and was laughing my poor ass off. XD Though Megatron seemed to not be as happy as Starscream obviously was to see him. XD Wonder why. *snickers*
Yeah, I guess you are right. Though when you look at the old series and then at the movies, I have to say they did a great job with the design there. I love how realistic the Transformer look in the movies. ^^

I think it depends a little of who watched what first. I have the feeling if I have watched the old Transformer before the movies, I would have hated the new designs with a passion. XD
But I am just strange like that I think. And in the end you are right, everyone has their own personal likings. ^^

*snickers* Oh I see. I think we can agree we are simply both strange the way we are. XD
