Annie: Now working together with my husband to raise a baby is proving to be harder than I thought. It's working out though. Anyways, what about you? Anything exciting?
Mint Leaf: Well my parents and I are moving again.
Annie: Oh wow! Where to?
Mint: Not sure. We're just going through a tough time. Trying to find a place to get our lives together.

Berry: We just couldn’t support a foal. Let alone a blind one. And you were so small and helpless and we were incapable of providing for you. With Azalea’s health problems, we couldn’t afford to take care of you and her at the same time. We tried for a month but you were just getting weaker and weaker. We…. we had to give you up.
Annie: ……………………………………………………….
Azalea: It was the hardest decision of our lives! I know it’s a sorry excuse but we really just wanted the best for you!
Annie: ………………..*looks towards Mint and back to Azalea and Berry* ………………….. Why didn’t you come back for me?
Berry: We did. 8 years later. Azalea, got much healthier and we had a good amount of money so we tried to find you. We went back to the orphanage and the ponies there said you’d been adopted 3 years earlier by one of the Elements of Harmony. Kindness to be specific.
Azalea: *sniff* We were so happy to hear you were in a good home and w-we didn’t want to interfere. Plus, we found out that I was pregnant again and we didn’t want you to think that we gave you up just because you were blind.
Mint: We moved here from Fillydelphia because things were getting bad again as far as finances. When we got here, my parents told me that I had an older sister and that she was blind and her name was Anthea. I was also told to avoid her at all costs
Azalea: We were so scared that we’d run into you and that you would hate us. We didn’t know what kind of pony you were and we didn’t want to burden you with our problems or make you feel obligated to leave your wonderful life. And…. we understand if you hate us now…. You have no idea how sorry we are Anthea. I know a million sorries couldn’t make up for what we did to you but….. it’s all we can give.
Annie: ……………………………………………………….
Azalea: Anthea?

Annie: Sure am! We have a daughter as well and *pokes belly* another baby on the way!
Berry: You’re pregnant too?
Annie: Mmhm. My husband, Turquoise and I both knew we wanted kids so we got busy right away.
Berry: Erm, and you’ll able to support them both?
Annie: Mmhm. Turquoise comes from a rather rich family and he has a stable job in gem crafting with his older sister. I, on the other hoof, am still a student
Berry: Wow you must be very rich
Annie: Oh, no, I’m Princess Twilight’s personal student. No tuition required. No payment for me either but being her student has it’s own rewards.
Mint: Woooow……… I can’t believe you’re Princess Twilight’s student.
Annie: I can’t either!

Azalea: You’re so successful……. I’m just……. so happy for you
Annie: See? Everything happens for a reason.

One of my friends happens to be one of the best finical advisors around. The Crème de la Crème….. literally. I know for a fact she’ll be able to help you out big time.

Annie: I’ll talk to her then and let her know about your guy’s situation then if things go well, you can stay here and well……………… I guess we’ll go from there

Annie: Don’t mention it. I know things’ll work out. I’d really love if you guys could stay and settle in one place for once. I also think it’d be pretty cool to get to know my little sister *giggles*

Do you mind if I take this and turn it into a one-shot fanfiction? I mean, the whole thing you wrote has enough words to be a fanfiction on its own, but I need practice writing family drama, and this would be excellent for it. I'd also like to use some of the text you wrote; putting that out there so it's not plagiarism. It'll also be nice to work on while I refine my other story where the first seven kids meet their parents in their prime. Words are already forming!
