You make a layer with outlines and then you fill it in on another layer then you delete the layer with the outline. That's how I think it works

you sketch it would, color above the sketch, add dark accent lines for body pars (notice the wrist line for the hoof) and color, each area has to have it's own layer unless in are a god.
