Often if they make racial distinction with Italian dubs it's just paler hair\eye\skin people as the white characters, and darker skin black hair\eye people as the black and asian characters.

Beh gli accenti sono gli stessi non Γ© come in america che esiste l' AAVE (afroamerican vernacular english)
e ci sono attori che sanno fare voci meno acute = "da neri"
e poi Carl (il tipo nero dei simpsons) é doppiato con un accento veneto per motivi politici (se mi ricordo bene) e nell'originale non ha un accento ma una voce stramba così come Homer, Marge, Bart, e Lisa.
