First of all, I kind of like the desaturated sort of feel of this image. The idea of the girl being an angel is really well accompanied by the whitish cast on the girl and the white clothing. I think that the lighting overall is quite good, and nice and dramatic, however I think that the shadow behind her nose is very harsh and catches the viewer's attention. Maybe you should have used a slight flash on that side to eliminate some shadows from the face there, or used a reflector, just to soften up the shadows on her face. Another suggestion is to bump the exposure a slight bit, just to get some highlights in the image. I think that it would look even more interesting. I like the framing in this image, it is very personal with the model which makes the photo very nice to look at and indulging.
Talking about the model's input - this is the bad part. I think that the facial expression is poor. There is no emotion, no feeling to portray and no expression to the face. I mean, I like photos with models not smiling and looking away from the camera, but in this case there is nothing but emptiness in the girl's face. Not sure how you could fix this - maybe try communicating with your model more next time.

The point is, we wanted that there is no emotion in her face. We wanted to show an angel as a cold, emotionless "thing" (Yes... I watched to much Supernatural on TV, but that is exactly my point of view of angels)
So if you think there is emptiness in the girl's face, it's the biggest compliment you could give me.

Well yes I do think that there is emptiness in the girl's face, and I agree that in that case you have fulfilled your aim. But that doesn't change the fact, that the facial expression does not look good on the photograph.

I think this is so beautiful in every way I look at it! The pose is just right, the lighting is fantastic, the makeup is superb and the hair out of this world! Well, a great model and an even greater photographer sum up to a great result as this picture! Keep up your excellent work, my dear friend.

She looks really sweet, but does not feel like someone I'd trust completely, ever. All the make-up make her look artificial. The hair is nicely done and the lights give a cool shine and effect on it, as it does to the face completely.
Too bad her head is not completely in the photo, though.
