That´s quite a extended Balkan Union ... i mean Slovakia and Crimeea, are not really in the Balkan. I can understand why Hungary can be considered a Balkan country, due to it´s proximity and to it´s history related to the Ottoman empire, basically the same as Romania, which only has 5% of it´s territory in the Balkan peninsula. But Slovakia and Crimeea, are not in the Balkan area, althow are close to it !
Also i don´t know why you chosed to dismantle Romania into it´s old medieval states that compose it ...
