Background Info: Phi is a rather mysterious child who traveled from the east and into Ciudad Eterna. After stealing some food from a merchant in the marketplace, she almost set the marketplace on fire. The Commander of the Royal Guards tried to catch her and chased her all the way to the church. There she stumbled across the high priestess, who at the time was still pregnant. After much talking and such, Lin offered to take care of Phi, much to Nicolas's dismay, and he grudgingly agreed.

Phi prefers to talk in an old elvish tongue as opposed to the common language that is spoken in the world. Her past remains a mystery for the most part, aside from Lin and Nic knowing.

She also seems to have strong magic powers. Lin tried to get her to join the mage guild, but she refused.

Personality: Rather a grump, she prefers to be left alone and would probably bite you if you came too close. She does however enjoy the company of elves.
