She hasn't done anything to hurt me, as far as I know. And her art is pretty darn amazing and it makes me jealous. < w >;;
Plus she seems like an amazing person. AND she was sweet enough to leave me a comment. So, uhh, I have no reason to dislike or avoid her.
In addition, if she truly is against adoptables, I'll have to admit I am too. Adoptables aren't very creative and don't help anyone improve, it's usually the same base with different features/clothing over it which people spend an absurd amount of money/points on.
I also have several troll accounts on multiple sites, including dA, so I can't hate her for that. This is the internet, you shouldn't take everything seriously. //wall of text oops sorry;;//

No it's complicated. It's the fact of art sh eposted of me on one of the troll accounts. I hinestly don't like troll accounts... It reall hurts somepeople.... It offnded me that she continued on multiple account with attacks on me.

Yeah, sometimes trolls take things too far. But you have to remember that they're trying to get a reaction out of you. So stay calm and ignore them, they'll get bored and go away after some time.

I didn;t realize what was happening until it happened so she posted a picture of what I did after me hiding the comments or somthing. I don't feel like finding it.... It's late. In heat of anger I'm not good. soem people have seen it. Be happy you haven't. I didn't realize how stupid it was until after. I just want that picture gone.

It's fine. Like I said. I'm mainly made because of her continuing it and becuase of t picture. I could care less what happens as long as the picture is taken down. It's a step over the line. Like:

Not trying to be rude, but I read the conversation and saw what was posted. And I agree with the "troll" on this. It's wrong to sell something that isn't yours to begin with and it was childish to say that it's okay to do so since others are doing it. DeviantART wont fix your mistakes for you, they only get involved when their website is at risk. The trolls were wrong to insult and mock you, and you were wrong to ignore the problem childishly.

If you want to get away from all the "hate", try creating an art blog on Tumblr and join some fandoms. Or just stick to drawing fanart and OC's. You can also try out Anipan.com if you want.

It could have been that she was telling me about it the same time th troll was. Only lead me to be confused even more. To be honest, from what others do when it comes to using characters with out approval, I'm not that big of a threat. There art people who extract colors fro original art work then post if and sell it. I don't disagree but I don't not disagree for the sake that the design, estintionally, depending on the person whether or not they choose to go farther than that, is based off of a pokemon. If you can apologize to her for coming off as rash but she caught me at a moment a troll was fighting with me causing me to be on gaurd. Like I said, you cannot just attack a single person on a single idea. The troll and Awehh singled me out. They singled others out. You might as well not use characters in commission as well. It's a paradox. I guess it's my prsonal opinion to think if someone changed a character of mine into an other species than sold it, if it had enough differences and they credited me for the idea, I wouldn't mind if I created my own creature. Like I said it's a paradox.
Also I don't agree with adoptables. I thought they were cool to gt like two months ago, then I decided I will not buy thebecause I feel as if I'm not using my mind. I'm just doing them becuase I"m bored and I'm using a based that I use when I'm bored to design little characters. i found them needed no use and I thought I might as well sell them, to see if the adoptable thing really works.
Most of what I posted was in a defensive position. Not meaning to sound crazy. the troll dude guy thing, had attact others ina similar way and teased others in a very hurtfully. If can please applogize to her, like I said I was caught in a bad position.

You can do anything you want as long as you're ready for everyone's thoughts and opinions being shoved up your ass.
Commissions are another story. If you say "Hey, I'll draw your character for 10 points!" and someone asks you to draw their Pokemon OC, then that's fine, because they are paying you for your time and skill. But if you make multiple and sell them to random people, then it becomes a problem- because you're making a profit off of something that you did not create.
Nobody cares if your feelings are hurt over the internet. Trolls look forward to the butthurt. In a few years you'll understand how everything works, you're still relatively new
to this stuff. So. Just shut down adoptables (unless you create characters that are 100% original). Open up commissions. And they shouldn't bother you anymore.

I know. I'm not saying what I did was ok. But one: it isn't the person to tell someone to stop and two: it was the fact that it targeted people instead of addressing the whole community. You cannot just tell someone to stop, it's not your business. This is a paradox. We are arguing the same points over and over again. How about we just let each toehr do their thing. I may not agree with your opinion, you may not agree with mine. nothing is 100% original. People get ideas from looking at other things created by other's ideas.
Commissons are bad if you draw a pokemon or a copyrighted character. then you are using the character for your own benefit. Profit in general is not the issue. Tell me, do time and skill go into the adoptables? Some people spend days to create a design, either based off of pokemon, fruit, colors, animals. The same time goes into that as do others with commissions.
It's ever going. This isn't about my adoptables it's about the way the situation was handled on both parties. I'm not new to this. I didn't really realize what happened until it already became a problem. This would have never been a problem if I realize it sooner. Neither handled it right.
If you say the trolls can go against the rules and be ignored I can also (I'm using this as a point not as a belief, I'm not that shitty of a person). If it's the internet and there is no real rules, the trolls can pick on people, others can use bases and not use their skills, I can make a doptable based off a pokemon.
this is a never ending argument. If adoptables were a problem, dA will not have it as a option to submit as. I can give you all these facts why I cna do what I please and you can give me counter facts. (well not really facts our stuff is pretty much logic with some facts in it)
I understand I didn't handle this well. I'm sorry about it but I wanna move on from this. This is one of the few people who go out to openly tell someone they are doing wrong things. Opinion is an opinion. I believe it is ok as long that there is credit when needed, you believe it is not ok even witht he appropriate credit. I do not believe sell adoptables when the lineart and other parts are not your's. Such as just paintbucket recoloring, then selling them for 5 points or so.

than commission are out of the question as well, and fantrolls cannot be done with out the guy's permission. 75%-90% of dA fan art needs permission. If yo use a reference it's bad than as well. so If I use a model froma Marie Claire magazine for a pose I am then in trouble for not coming up with the pose by myself. To be honest, I please don't attack me on this, I'e gotta over it and I'm not really worry about it. To be honest, you cannot draw fantrolls then because they are not original and they are copyrighted to Andrew Hussie ((That's his name right?)). I you boil it all down, you can only do characters that are all your's no matter if they are from a fandom or a t.v. show etc because then they are not your ideas. All of your fan art would have to be removed as well.

People who draw anything Homestuck-related have permission from ANDREW HUSSIE THE CREATOR OF HOMESTUCK to sell their work if they follow his rules, which I have been doing. The proof is right here: [link] third question down.
He gave us permission to draw fantrolls. In fact, he even made a few jokes about them and and said "Your fantroll will become canon and appear in Homestuck" if you donate $10,000 to the Kickstarter ([link] ).
You can reference a model in a photograph because you're going from a photo to an actual drawing, something a photographer I interviewed said was okay to do to some degree. If you don't want to risk it, you could always use pose websites like Posemaniacs.com.
Fanart and fancharacters are a different story. Fanart/characters don't involve taking someone else's work and claiming it as your own or selling it for a profit. It doesn't harm or use the original creator at all but supports them in a way.

Why are you attacking me on this? Can you please stop? You're beating a dead horse and somewhat offending me now. I don't follow the Homestuck fandom, how would I know this, and btw I did some research, the idea or concept is not protected under copyright. And now you're being rude in the sense that you're trying to make a statement that was already stated. The copyright policy said all art, not just certain ones, that fall in those catergories.
And you stated that the interenet has no rules. Why can trolls ignore certain government policy about cyber attacks and not get in trouble then?

Trolls may hurt others though and it's against federal law as well. So if you can troll someone on the interent which is against the law, why can't people sell things that are copyrighted (I'm playing devil's anacate right now) I made none further. o/ I never stole a design they are my own creation that are BASED off of something. I can make a something that is based off of a Pepsi can (an example). People know I'm not stealing Pepsi from them. I took the color scheme and the CONCEPT of the can and made it into an adoptable. (Example I never did this) So for someone who said internet has no rules only for certain people and that is trolls.
