Description
The whole of the ocean shuffled aside in king's presence. He was an ancient and angry fish. A fish with a problem and a fish who'd never lost a fight. Everyday he'd made meat of his challengers, friends and critics, but today was different.Today was the day that King Met Chelsea.
Today was the day that King met his match.
I drew this for an awesome little lady. I wasn't going to upload it here, but Godaddy's being a real bitch about uploads right about now, so you guys get to check it out too.

This is truly awesome. Its amazing that we'd have missed SO much simply because we didn't enlarge the picture. I'm not sure I can offer in critique on this picture other than the shark's mouth (it should have 3 rows of teeth). But I mean...the feel of the pic is wonderful anyway.

Hah. Well, it was kind of a rush job. A quick and dirty request. I was mostly focusing on getting the motion of the thing right and the sense of scale. Yeah, I could've done the multiple rows of teeth more justice but from pencil sketch to photoshop color this thing only took me about forty five minutes.

Hehe. I think the beady little eyes make him look bigger. It's kind of weird in nature, that usually no matter how big something gets, its eyes don't seem to grow along with the rest of it. I mean, unless you're a colossal squid. That thing's eye is the size of a beachball!

I like the weapon, and the beast is great! But its eyes are way too little IMO and not that scary. Anyway the size matters in this one, not the eyes!

Well, thanks very much. I really wanted to get some more dynamism in there. Like the tail coming at the camera some crazy speedlines, sadly, those things just kept the picture from working.
Next time, I 'spose.
