The colors of his cape are also reversed and the design of his costume is different.

That's the difference of drawing for yourself.
If I were drawing this for DC or someone who wanted the design exact to the comics I would be obligated to do so, but this was drawn with the freedom to add my own touch (and I tend to like the red/black/golden yellow color scheme) and given as a gift to a friend.

Robin is a great character to put a personal spin on, I could draw him forever no two ways the same
