ill say this now, and your the first to hear this but, i have no idea what spell cards are in universe. No idea, Neko an Dark tried to find some, i tricked a guy into giving me a genie for a spell card that was actually a yugioh card lol. Would the touhou wiki have that info, or is there a cheat sheet here an DA?

The wiki does have that info... But, The spell cards are simply a medium to show that you're declaring your attack.
