I know I'm gonna get sent to hell for this but....Sonic Rush Adventure is the closest thing to a STH4 for me, not to mention Blaze was one of the best characters in the series, instead of a damsel in distress she actually takes the job done, isntead of whining about the scepter being stolen from the Coral Cave in SRAdventure, she went to kick Whisker's ass.Well, I really love the Sonic the Hedgehog series, but the fanbase....yeah...dear nostalgia fags and Rule 34 artists....I hate you. Anyway, here we have Blaze the Cat, the female protagonist from both Sonic Rush games, the whole thing was done in 5 hours, hope you like it.

I never played Sonic Rush Adventure or Sonic 4, so you'll hear no complaint from me. Besides, Blaze is too awesome to nitpick over games.
Love the retro cartoony style on this one; it's like one of Sonic's old boxarts but with Blaze. The scenery is interesting and I like how you handled the 3 dimensions here to really make it look like Blaze is jumping out of the picture. I think the best part, however, is the colors and shading. Great job casting lights and shadows around Blaze's flame.
If there's one thing that I'm confused about, it's the colors of her outlines. Most of her outlines are a dark black but her normal hand has a gray outline to it. Unlike her legs, this hand is not basking in the light of her fire, so I am not sure why its outline color is lighter than the other outlines. Was there a reason for this or is that just how it turned out?

Thanks, and...yeah that's how my style is, If you take a look in anything in my gallery, you'll notice that the lines are usually completely black to fit the cartoonish/cute style I draw, I didn't try to make Blaze look perfect like the official artwork by Sega, the legs/arms had a lighter outline because It felt weird having a white color with a completely black outline, so I changed it to gray.
