final boss conversation between me and izuka:

me: no, you will be the one destroyed today. i saw your henious crimes. you are more subhuman than any laguz. you shall be damned.
Izuka: insolent fool! me? subhuman? you must like the sound of your own voice!
me: the things that make beorc good or bad are the same things that make laguz good or bad. i don't know what you're made of, but it's obviously made you vile and atrocious. NOW FEEL THE PAIN! *lands critical hit*
izuka: Aaaargh! But my work...is still...incomplete...

Given that FE is generally a series where 99% of the fanart done is relating to most of the better-looking people, it's refreshing to see something like this. :>
Izuka is one of the few villains that were more than just a placeholder (Lyon + Lehran were the only other two that I was truly impressed with). You drew him stunningly accurate here - creepy vibes just roll off of him. I'm guessing that the magenta mist could represent his feral-potions?

Haha, true! It's weird how Fire Emblem is so good at creating characters, they use so much time to create them with realistic and detailed backgrounds, but then they totally forgot the villains! How odd. But the ones they did thought out, came out well too.
Thank you. And yes, nice guess. I really were thinking about his feral liquids when doing the mist/team around him. It came out a bit over-dramatic perhaps, but anyways.

Izuka always struck me as the brillian scientist that didn't care about anything other than his experiments, even at the sake of his morals. It's even doubly interesting when you see Zihark's battle quote with him in RD.

Yeah, It's usually the other way around; One of the villains decides he wanna be good and turns, then all the bad guys want to kill him and say nasty things to him, and then all the players go "AWWW" and he gains +100 sympathy love experience points. Talk about cliché huh? : D
Izuka the Mad Scientist, exactly. Hm, I don't remember did I fought against him with Zihark or not, but yeah, he babbled about his great inventions all the way to his very end.
