But I kinda always wanted to make some drawings I guess,

Oh, I thought you meant  use this picture exercise techniques, I misunderstood.

and your secondary question...is you ask me how create a picture?
I can only say: More Practice.

Now, I still have a lot of need to upgrade parts, the only thing I can do: to keep practicing.
At least draw a little every day, graffiti, sketch, any form can be.

Just  Practice.
