I Feel Bad for the Mommy!!!!!!! I'm not worried about her dealing with her Angelic Obedient Nice Baby that EVERYONE would love and love to have; It's the Crazed, Disobedient, Rowdy, Trouble-making Tibble-like Son, I feel Sorry for her having to put up with.

conflict makes for interesting stories
most of the families from great sitcoms I can think of are like always "dysfunctional," but if they were perfect, what would be the point of watching? There'd be no viewership for the-perfect-family show. Also, there is such thing as characters that we viewers/readers love to hate or love to get annoyed at. Often they are the driving force of the plot, as is Baby Dino here.
