Omg this is too adorableΒ
A mom and her cub living free and in the wild (okay i need to stop watching so many Wild Kratts episodes)
The mothers colors are a gorgeous golden color with a liiiittle bit of orange in there
She looks so protective and happy to be with her cub, travelling around their terratory

The cub looks like a little happy go lucky guy smiling and grinning and cant wait to get into mischiefΒ
I love that they're standing on a cliff kind of surface and we seethe thick brush they have come from behind them out into the open and unknown

Hah, it's pretty smart how you repeat patterns of stripes in the branches and the shadows on the ground! That was intended, right? Maybe it could have been a bit more obvious but I'm not sure, it could be too obvious then.

Yeah, I added the branches in because I felt that they were popping out a little TOO much with just grass and wanted something to mirror the stripes... the swipes on the ground weren't intentional, but I see how they mirror everything now!

I probably could have made it more obvious, but I was working wet on wet... a technique I'm still not that great at!Β  I'll think about this for future camouflage pieces :3!

I know what you mean, sometimes you end up going with the rhythm almost subconsciously (for some reason it seems to be easier to do with traditional, at least for me)! And yeah, wet on wet is really hard to do!
