The arid, dusty homeworld of the Rurasan in the Norma Arm, trailing of the Vailon Assembly near Hanab space, Rajsadalesh orbits an aging G type star called Satipramno. With two moons orbiting it, its own orbit takes 147 days to complete (65 local days) in a fairy circular orbit.
The old planet has long since cooled to the point its magnetic field has switched off, exposing its surface to intense solar radiation. Its size and mass is fairy similar to Earth, but with a slightly higher gravity of 1.12 g and a denser atmosphere. As expected with a non existing magnetic field, much of the hydrosphere has been eroded by evaporation and solar winds, leaving behind a rocky, barren world of low mountains and deserts battered by dust storms. Much of the remaining life is forced to migrate constantly in search of drinkable water, with the sapient rurasan having only a few permanent settlements.
Though fairy close to an important hanab vassal, Rajsadalesh has few if any visitors, most of its technology being imported by its rurasan natives returning from the Hanab Empire in which many of their kind are employed as soldiers, making Rajsadalesh a de facto vassal of the Empire; although its still a primitive, barley civilized world with only two major cities with spaceports and few outside visitors except returning rurasan.
