I work for an Aerial Survey Company using LiDAR on helicopters and slow fixed wing planes, and we do 99% of our work for power companies. My job is to work with the data (millions of dots in 3D, laser hits) and definine what is power line, vegitation, buildings, cars, street signs etc etc...
I've ran into a few problematic urban areas, but this tops ALL that i've EVER seen!
I hope to god we dont start working in tokyo...
